Instead, we use ingredients such as Guarana and Green Tea to provide a natural source of caffeine and Bitter Orange to support thermogenic processes in the body.* This product contains 50 mg of natural caffeine per serving (equivalent to about 1/2 cup of coffee).

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules twice daily with copious amounts of water, preferably with or before meals.
