Sunflower lecithin contains phosphatidylcholine, the most abundant phospholipid in the cell membrane, with a key role in cellular signaling and synaptic function. Sunflower Lecithin is rich in phosphatidyl inositol, phosphatidyl ethanolamine and essential fatty acids. Lecithin in the diet helps to emulsify fats so that they can be dispersed in water; and as choline-containing phospholipid, choline is readily absorbed and utilized by the body. NOW Foods Sunflower Lecithin capsules are non-GMO and soy free.

Recommended Use
As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 capsules daily with food.

Other Ingredients
Softgel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water) and sunflower oil.

Free of: yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced at a GMP facility that processes other ingredients, as the aforementioned allergens.
